Kevin Rulapaugh is a 28 year fire service veteran, currently serving as a District Chief with Alachua County Fire Rescue and as the Communications Specialist/MARC System Coordinator for the Florida Division of State Fire Marshal. His duties include coordination and management of the Florida Mutual Aid Radio Communications System and Urban Search and Rescue Communications assets. He has deployed on numerous disaster incidents, providing deployable communications for field personnel and restoring native infrastructure to overcome communications gaps. Kevin is also the Public Safety Communications Chair - Florida Fire Chiefs Association (FFCA).
