Jesse Cooper, Emergency Managment Specialist Domain Lead, First Responder Network Authority
Jesse Cooper currently serves as a domain lead for the Innovation and Investment unit with a focus on mission critical services for the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet Authority). In this role, he is dedicated to enhancing public safety communications by leading the evolution of mission critical services on the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network. He and his team collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive consensus decisions, influence product development, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of first responders. Prior to starting with the FirstNet Authority, Jesse spent 29 years with the Phoenix Police Department and retired as Assistant Director over the Technical and Support Services Division.
