Jeff Silveira, Director of Standards, BICSI
Jeff Silveira, CAE has been engaged in global standards development within the semiconductor and ICT industries for over twenty-five years. Currently serving as the Director of Standards at BICSI, an association focused on the development, training, and advancement of individual with the ICT industry, Jeff has led the growth of the Standards Program to cover both wired and wireless ICT infrastructure and related topics across a diverse range of applications, technologies, and premises. Jeff also oversees BICSI’s participation within other standards bodies, including NFPA, TIA, IEEE, and ISO.
Besides being an avid consumer of materials related to new technology trends and applications, has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, has been a Certified Association Executive (CAE) since 2013, and completed an MBA with a focus on Business Intelligence from SNHU in 2019.
