Rachel Sarabia-Duarte MPA, PMP, ENP, Operations Director, El Paso 9-1-1 District
Rachel has over 20 years of public safety experience- specifically in 9-1-1 serving as a 9-1-1 call-taker, dispatcher, and public safety systems administrator; she currently serves as the Operations Director for the El Paso County 9-1-1 District providing leadership, guidance, support, and project management in all areas of the District's technological initiatives. Rachel also holds an Emergency Number Professional Certification (ENP), a Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP), and a Master's Degree in Public Administration with an Emergency Management Concentration.
