Casey Rives, Client Solutions Consultant, Eventide Communications
With over a decade of experience in public safety, including work as a 9-1-1 telecommunicator and hostage/crisis negotiator, Casey Rives serves as a Solutions Consultant with Eventide Communications. As the lead on Eventide’s Critical Insights AI product, she is helping ECCs see how AI tools support the complete communications center lifecycle, from hiring, onboarding, and training to automated QA/QM, wellness, and retention, so agencies improve performance, efficiency, and consistency alongside the future of workforce support. She brings deep expertise in empathetic communication and crisis response to her role, bridging the gap between technology providers and the agencies that depend on them. Drawing on her public safety background, she connects with customers as a true partner by representing their voices and ensuring solutions align with the realities of mission-critical operations. In 2021, Casey transitioned into the tech industry after recognizing how far behind many agencies were in adopting modern technology, such as advanced location services and quality management practices. While consumer applications made ordering groceries or a ride effortless, public safety systems were often constrained by outdated tools. Determined to change this, she sought out companies that genuinely valued public safety and its critical mission. At Eventide Communications, Casey continues to represent the public sector from inside the technology industry, advocating for solutions that enhance operations today while preparing for the future of Next Generation 9-1-1. Her mission remains consistent: to serve, support, and empower the people under the headset by ensuring they have access to the tools and innovation they need to save lives.
