I am currently supporting Mission Support and Test Services (MSTS) as an independent contractor. MSTS manages the Nevada National Security Sites for the DOE/NNSA and provides support for the NNSA Nuclear Emergency Response community. My experience includes 8 Years of classified UAS work and a long and rewarding career supporting the DOE/NNSA Nuclear Emergency Response Mission for 34 years.

My UAS experience: Program Development, Special Focus on technical innovation for Payloads- and Satellite Communications Backhaul (LOS and BVLOS).

I am currently an Independent Contractor providing consulting for Program and Business Development, Leading Edge technology and innovation for Secure Information Technology Development and Emergency Response Communications in the government arena.

My goal as an independent contractor is to share years of experience in these areas to help people in the community solve unique and challenging problems. And pass along my experience along with some of the key relationships developed over the years and help build new customer and vendor relationships for the future.

Being able to translate customer needs and requirements into business opportunities, Identifying and bringing together strategic partners to meet and improve mission goals through innovation. Rapid Integration of COTS systems using them in unique ways to solve operational problems for critical mission support. enhanced efficiencies, costs containment and monitoring and mitigating risk. The biggest challenge is being able to do this in highly regulated government environments.

I hold a Top Level security clearances and have held a DOE TS SCI Clearance.

My proficiencies include working with internal / external business partners, end-users and development teams at all levels. in defense contracting settings.

I have been on teams that have received the NNSA Disaster Response Certificate of Excellence and the Department of Energy Defense Programs Award for Excellence. Additionally, I managed the development of the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) software application for the FBI, leading to the Smithsonian Award for Innovative Technology. Had the honor to be the only non-Oak Ridge team Member for the Nuclear Non-Proliferation mission, Project Sapphire. NASA Support
