Thomas Kelley, Public Safety Communication Technician, Nassau County Sheriff's Office
Detective Thomas Kelley is a Communication Technician with the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office in Florida. He is a Co-Chair for the Regional Domestic Security Task Force (Region 3) Communication Focus Group. He is also the sub-region 3 chair for the FCC Regional Planning Council, Region 9. He has been involved in RF communication for over 25 years, and is actively involved in public safety communication in the state.
Thomas is a state recognized Communication Unit Leader and Communication Technician. He also holds certifications from ETA and iNARTE, as well as a General Radiotelephone Operators License. He is a licensed electrical contractor in the State of Florida and has been a sworn law enforcement officer since 2009.
