Neil Horden has 40 years' experience in communications and technology systems. As a Solutions Engineer for EF Johnson he is responsible for developing advanced technology systems to meet the requirements of public safety and government enterprises. Previously as Chief Consultant for a nationwide consulting firm, he led design and analysis efforts for voice communications, data network, and microwave transmission systems. Prior to consulting, he worked for Motorola in technology strategy and product management. He is a member of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), the Association of Public Safety Communication Officials (APCO) serving on their Commercial Advisory Council, a member of the Project 25 Technology Interest Group (PTIG), and a Member of the Next Generation 9-1-1 Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Delaware, and an MBA from the University of California. He was previously an EMT and Cardiac Rescue Technician in the State of Delaware.
