CJ Hijazi, Sr VP North America Sales & Operations, Dailey & Wells Communications, Inc.
Haidar Hijazi is the Senior Vice President for North America Sales and Operations at Dailey & Wells Communications, Inc. Dailey & Wells covers a broad product and service portfolio, including Public Safety radios, public safety networks and LTE Devices and networks. Hijazi is responsible for developing company-wide strategic direction and execution priorities, strategic investments in R&D and innovation, technology growth into new markets, and the company's strategic marketing, communications and advocacy efforts. Prior to his current role, Hijazi was the Sr. Engineering Director for Ericsson, Inc., Taiwan. In this role Hijazi led a team of engineers and technical support personnel in the deployment of a $100M nationwide radio system for the Taiwanese National Police. With responsibility for strategic planning, technology and offering development, innovation, sales planning and analysis, marketing communications and corporate advocacy, Hijazi completed the program on-time and on-budget. Earlier, Hijazi was the Engineering Manager for Ericsson, Inc. for their Southern US Region, with Regional Headquarters in Dallas, TX. In this highly visible position, Hijazi was instrumental in this business unit in providing radio technology solutions to cities, counties and Federal agencies across the southland. Hijazi excelled in team management in the provisioning of custom software development, network platforms and systems engineering and integration. From 1987 to 1990, Hijazi served as Engineering Director at Console Systems, Inc., based in Los Angeles During his tenure at CSI, he contributed to the company's growth in the Public Safety market space. In 1988, while with CSI, Hijazi was part of the team that deployed the Los Angeles County Radio Dispatch system. Hijazi holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sam Houston University of Texas. Dailey & Wells provides advanced, technology-based solutions that solve government and commercial customers' mission-critical challenges. The company has approximately $100 million in annual revenue and about 100 employees — including 19 engineers and scientists — supporting customers in more than 12 States.
