Mr. Hailey is an experienced public safety information technology & telecommunications Professional. On-site at over 100 domestic and international disasters spanning the past 25 Years specializing in emergency communications and disaster recovery. He is considered A Thought Leader in the industry by introducing and integrating proven reliable technologies to disaster and emergency response. Following Hurricane Maria Mr. Hailey responded providing vital disaster technology solutions and services to many agencies and organizations and was awarded the 2017 Humanitarian award by Mission Critical Magazine for his work in Puerto Rico. When not in disaster mode Mr. Hailey works at NIC4 located in Frederick, MD helping federal, state, and local customers with their business continuity, public safety, and disaster technology needs. Previous experience includes responding to the 2010 Haiti Earthquake for the United Nations and worked for the American Red Cross NHQ. While at the Red Cross he responded to 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, and to many aircraft accidents with the NTSB. Mr. Hailey resides outside Washington, DC and volunteers his time as a firefighter in his local community. Mr. Hailey has been a speaker at IWCE and other conferences multiple times over the past 20 years and was a speaker at IWCE just last year on a session on emergency and disaster communications.
