Director of Engineering for Tait system pre-sales & post-sales engineering team in the North America region, including solution design, implementation, and system acceptance testing activities. Key technical leadership responsibilities include the following: o Provide mentorship to staff to develop broad cross-functional skills. o Ensure that the company's legal obligations are met (e.g. Health and Safety, Human Rights, Compliance, etc.) o Work co-operatively with other staff to create a positive and supportive work environment. o Authorize staff to take suitable action to prevent quality problems in their area. o Support a continuous quality improvement culture and process (Eg.
