Ms. Giggetts founded CTA Consultants, LLC and serves as Principal Consultant on city/county systems, multi-jurisdiction regional systems, and statewide systems across the United States. CTA's primary mission is Communications Technology Advancement in public safety and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. CTA team members execute this mission by giving their time personally and professionally to the public safety community and STEM initiatives. CTA corporately executes this mission by investing 100% of our net profits, over the life of the firm, to first responder essential training and STEM education initiatives that encourage future innovation. Cheryl is a proven leader in the public safety emergency communications field with extensive senior management background. Offering a combination of experience as a public safety consultant, technology program/project manager, public speaker, and consortium builder. Skills, abilities and qualifications include Extensive senior level management experience in Public Safety Consulting, solid professional record for innovation, excellence, and collaboration in public safety at the federal, state, and local levels.
