Cheryl brings a wealth of experience gained over more than three decades in the Wireless Telecommunications Industry, specializing in Public Safety Communications consulting for local, state, and federal government agencies. Cheryl held positions of leadership in large Architectural and Engineering firms, throughout her career, resulting in her role as a Senior Vice President in a Fortune 500 firm. In 2017 she founded CTA Consultants, LLC, and currently serves as Principal Consultant on city/county systems, multi-jurisdiction regional systems, and statewide systems across the United States. Ms. Giggetts is a principal at CTA Consultants in Lynchburg Virginia. CTA offers Communications Technology and Program management consulting services to Government and Public Safety agencies Cheryl has great experience with Project 25 and the procurement, development, and ongoing maintenance and support needed for the successful application of P25 Technology. Her objectivity and experience as a leading P25 Consultant have resulted in numerous successful P25 System deployments including The Virginia State Agencies Radio System(STARS), the US Department of Justice Integrated wireless network (IWN)
