Chris Gass is a public safety communications consultant and former 911 supervisor and training leader with more than 15 years of experience working inside emergency communications centers. His work focuses on evaluating how new technologies, including cloud-based and AI systems, affect real-world call-taking, training, policy, and operational decision-making.
Chris has led projects ranging from a cloud-native backup CAD system to data-driven training and quality improvement programs, helping agencies adopt technology that supports telecommunicators and improves service consistency. He specializes in turning operational reality into practical guidance so new tools improve performance rather than disrupt it.
