Rebecca Frye, a Product Manager at L3Harris Technologies, has nearly two decades of experience in the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Telecom industries. She has worked for both industry leaders and consultants in the space. Rebecca specializes in driving multi-million-dollar opportunities through partnership development, needs assessment, and business strategy execution. Her career highlights include establishing a Strategic Partnership program, closing major programs, leading proposal activities for significant contracts, and other activities that have garnered awards and recognition both inside and outside the organizations she's served. Her expertise lies in building sales pipelines from the ground up, increasing opportunities by 30% through strategic partnerships, and directly contributing to hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Ferrum College and is a certified member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
