Patrick Foley, Fire/EMS Consultant, 3AM Innovations
Chief Foley has been in the fire service for 32 years. Patrick has worked with the Clark County Fire Department for over 25 years and retired as an Assistant Fire Chief. He worked to solve organizational issues in every division of the fire department, including fire operations, emergency medical services, administration, and emergency management. Chief Foley has a diverse background in EMS as he has experience with private EMS, rotor-wing air medical transport, and fire-based EMS. Patrick spent many years as a flight paramedic aboard a rescue helicopter. Patrick is a certified Nevada State instructor and has a vast knowledge of firefighting, EMS operations, and training, besides teaching as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, School of Medicine. He has written numerous articles and presented at local, regional, and international conferences on fire-based EMS, event management, and active shooter responses in the fire service. His dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence have been a constant reminder of his support of community healthcare with compassion. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Southern California and has a master’s degree in public administration. He is a credentialed all hazards incident commander and medical unit leader.
