Jessica Fischer is the founder and CEO of GuestOS, an AI-powered communication platform designed to replace outdated phone systems with scalable, multilingual voice infrastructure. Jessica grew up working in her family's hotels near Yosemite National Park, gaining firsthand experience in reservations, guest services, and operations. She later helped early-stage startups build and scale from zero, giving her a deep understanding of what breaks when systems are fragmented or missing entirely. After losing two homes to wildfires, Jessica experienced the consequences of failed communication infrastructure during high-stakes emergencies. These experiences led her to build the system she wished had existed: one that connects people with the information they need, whether they are planning a trip or evacuating under pressure. Today, GuestOS is used by hotels, tourism boards, and government agencies to provide 24/7, AI-powered voice support that works when it matters most. Jessica's mission is to ensure that communication is never a barrier to safety, service, or trust.
