Drew Delaney is a public safety technology executive and Founder & CEO of FirstWave Strategies, where he advises technology companies on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and the adoption of emerging technologies across the public safety ecosystem. His work spans mission-critical communications, LTE/5G and satellite connectivity, location intelligence, AI, drones, and next-generation emergency response technologies. Drew previously served at the First Responder Network Authority, where he helped drive the development and adoption of the nationwide public safety broadband network. As Devices & IoT Lead, he worked with more than 50 manufacturers and the AT&T team to integrate FirstNet connectivity into more than 200 public-safety devices, and he helped lead statewide FirstNet engagement efforts across the country. Throughout his career, Drew has worked at the intersection of public safety operations and emerging technology, helping agencies, technology providers, and industry partners turn new capabilities into practical solutions for first responders. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Cornell University.
