Tyler Allen brings nearly 15 years of public safety and communications experience to his work serving agencies and organizations across multiple industries. His career began on the front lines of public safety, where he served as a dispatcher, Communications Training Officer, IT specialist, Communications Manager, and Police Officer. Spending nearly a decade as an end user provided Tyler with a deep operational understanding of mission-critical communications, workflow challenges, and real-world response demands. Leveraging that firsthand experience, Tyler transitioned into the two-way communications industry as an RF Technician for Goosetown Communications. His technical aptitude and operational insight quickly brought him into leadership; were he now serves as Director of Operations at Goosetown Communications.
