A seasoned IT leader with decades of experience, Tom Wedding has driven security and IT infrastructure since 2011 at Williams Companies in Tulsa, OK. In his role, Tom fostered change by implementing FirstNet® devices within Williams, while working closely with FirstNet to support Williams’ employee safety. With a leadership philosophy that champions team empowerment and shared goals, Tom has created strong teams within the organization, providing exemplary IT security and support. Prior to his role at Williams Companies, Tom led IBM Global Services in Tulsa supporting Wiliams from 2004 – 2011, providing tier 2 support and working closely with IBM leadership as well as Williams’ Board of Directors and Executive Officers. Tom has a BS from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Administrative Leadership from The University of Oklahoma.
