Fabricio Velez, Sr Director Industry Standards & Technology Innovation, INdigital
Fabricio Velez, currently serving as the Senior Director of Industry Standards and Technology Innovation at INdigital, brings over two decades of experience in telecommunications network design and solution development. His last ten years have been dedicated to advancing the field of Public Safety Communications Networks, focusing on the innovation and adoption of emerging technologies. In his role at INdigital, Fabricio ensures that Next Generation 9-1-1 solutions align with industry standards, thus promoting interoperability and compliance. He also holds a significant position as Co-Chair of the Technical Committee in the NG9-1-1 Interoperability Task Force, showcasing his leadership in this crucial sector. Fabricio earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. He resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
