Tommy Thompson, ENP, PMP, is a senior public safety communications consultant with Federal Engineering. He has more than 25 years of experience supporting state and local governments in Next Generation 9-1-1, CAD/RMS/MDS procurement, and P25 radio and microwave backhaul modernization. Tommy specializes in contract negotiation, governance, and lifecycle planning, with a focus on enforceable SLAs and vendor accountability. He has guided agencies nationwide through complex technology transitions and regionalization initiatives.
