Sarah Rudder PE, CSEP, OCSMP, Principal Systems Engineer, Enola Technologies
Sarah Rudder is a systems engineer, ontologist, and enterprise architect specializing in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) applications. She is currently serving as Principal Systems Engineer at Enola Technologies, Sarah leads MBSE training and consulting initiatives. Her professional journey includes significant roles with industry leaders such as Raytheon Technologies, Northrop Grumman, and Bechtel National, where she consistently drove process improvements. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University, she develops advanced technical content for graduate-level courses, bridging academic theory with industry practices. Her academic credentials include an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Tennessee and ongoing doctoral studies at Colorado State University. Her current research is focused on SE ontologies, domain-specific languages, and metamodeling. She holds multiple prestigious certifications, including her Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), and OMG SysML Certified Model Professional. Sarah has authored numerous publications on human-centric design, system integration, and MBSE enterprise architecture. Her work significantly contributes to advancing engineering practices and academic understanding in the SE domain.
