Ms. Susan E. Ronning, P.E., PMP is Owner and Principal Consultant of ADCOMM Engineering LLC, a small woman and veteran owned business. Ms. Ronning has experience as a consultant, vendor, and agency manager and has been involved in all aspects and phases of Land Mobile Radio and critical communications projects from inception to acceptance. Ms. Ronning is a US Navy Veteran, worked as a Systems Engineer for both Motorola and Tait, led as the City of Glendale CA's radio shop manager and was integral in the development of the ICI regional radio network. Ms. Ronning led projects all over the US as a critical communications consultant. She is well respected by peers, technicians, and executive management alike.
