Jessica Robb, M.A., ENP, Executive Director, DU-COMM
Jessica Robb, M.A., ENP has served as the Executive Director of DU-COMM (DuPage Public Safety Communications) since 2022. In this role, she oversees one of the largest consolidated 9-1-1 centers in Illinois, providing police, fire, and EMS communications to 45 member agencies across DuPage County. She began her career in Public Safety as a Telecommunicator in 2002, in 2011 Jessica advanced to Supervisor with the City of Chicago's Office of Emergency Management & Communications, later promoting to Watch Manager. Her leadership is centered on staff wellness and development, technology modernization, and operational readiness.
