Mark Phillips, Director of Strategy for the Defense Industrial Base, Intel Government Technologies
Mark Phillips is presently the Director of Strategy for the Defense Industrial Base for Intel Government Technologies based in Arizona USA. Prior to Intel Mark was an Engineering Fellow and Chief Engineer for Precision Strike Weapons at RTX, prior to that he spent 9 years working 4th to 5th Generation Fighter Test and Training solutions, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Cloud Based Simulation and was assigned as the Chief Architect on the US National Cyber Range reporting to the Test Resource Management Center under OSD Research and Engineering. Mark has worked internationally supporting Europe, Australia, Singapore the UAE and other countries solving Defense problems. He is a retired Australian Army Major and Royal Australian Air Force Squadron Leader, a graduate of the Royal Military College of Australia, an Adjunct Fellow at the University of New South Wales Australia in Digital Engineering and past Chairman of the International Test and Evaluation Association. Mark holds an honors degree in Electrical Engineering, Master of Engineering in Computer Simulation and is finalizing a Ph.D. in Mission Engineering through Old Dominion University Norfolk Virginia.
