Ronald Meyer, Senior ITS Analyst, AtkinsRéalis
Ron Meyer has over 25 years of experience with intelligent transportation systems including technology evaluation, system design, deployment, integration, and operation of ITS and traffic control system technologies, devices, and systems. Ron has worked on development and deployment of a wide variety of transportation technology projects in the United States, Europe, and Asia since 1995, including multiple recent deployments of Connected Vehicle systems in Florida.
Ron and other AtkinsRéalis staff serve the Florida Department of Transportation in a variety of technical capacities. Ron works on multiple aspects of the Department’s Connected and Automated Vehicles program as well as statewide specification development for traffic control devices, including CAV equipment.
