Todd Maxwell has worked with public safety agencies across the country in improving their smartphone utilization. He recently participated in a proof-of-concept use of TAK that used conventional public safety radios to transmit TAK data to smartphones in a remote area. He has over 25 years of experience in public safety at the state, local, tribal, federal and international levels including the implementation of enterprise systems at all levels. Todd has more than 20 years of experience specializing in solution development & implementation, technology & consulting, business process reviews, software integration, technology policy development, and change management.
