Charlie Matthew, DST Network and Systems Manager, American Red Cross
Charlie is the DST Network and Systems Manager for the Disaster Services Technology team of the American Red Cross. He primarily maintains and supports the networking, computer, and radio kits utilized during the disaster responses of the organization across the United States, as well as maintains training and SOPs utilized by field teams. Prior to assuming his current position in 2022 he served the same team for over 15 years in a volunteer role, deploying all over the United States supporting technology and communication needs. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the ITDRC (Information Technology Disaster Resource Center), serving since 2008.
