Roger Mann, Co-Founder & CEO, Smart Response Technologies

Roger Mann is the co-founder and CEO of Smart Response Technologies. Roger serves on Cornell University's Entrepreneurial Advisory Council. He served on the Board of Directors of IJIS Institute from 2018 thru 2024. Roger directed Lockheed Martin's Public Safety and Intelligence R&D focused on signal processing and cloud-hosted AI. Roger also served as a nuclear trained United States Navy Submariner including sonar and weapons officer.  Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
