Phil Kumin is a seasoned veteran in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Morse Micro. In this role, he is actively building and leading the sales and marketing team, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence as the world’s highest performance Wi-Fi HaLow solutions provider.  
 
Prior to joining Morse Micro, Phil was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Sales Operations at Synaptics, where he helped grow sales and record profitability to over $1.3 billion and played a pivotal role on their M&A team. He was also the founder and managing partners at Paragon Technical, Northern California’s largest manufacturer’s representative renowned for its expertise in bridging the gap between innovative semiconductor solutions and diverse market needs.
