Ms. Koshinski has over 22 years with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in various positions. She held positions as a Senior Technical Project Manager managing statewide Information Technology (IT) & Telecommunications projects and now with the Pennsylvania State Police manages the PA-STARNet statewide LMR system. She is involved in all aspects of engineering, administration, build-out and management of the system. She manages a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) that provides infrastructure support to a wide array of users; to include state, county, business, and federal partners. Ms. Koshinski has extensive technical knowledge and interprets diverse operational needs which helps recommend or craft the best interoperability solutions. Her broad technical background, certifications, involvement with several technical groups and having served in the Pennsylvania National Guard as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) brings a unique set of expertise on security, management, support, and interoperability.
