Liz Kohler, Founder & CEO, Nexion Solutions
Liz Kohler is Founder and CEO of Nexion Solutions. For the past 20+ years, Ms. Kohler has worked in both start-up environments as well as Fortune 50 companies in the healthcare, digital health, wearables and emergency response technology industries. With a career rooted in improving outcomes for vulnerable populations, Ms. Kohler specializes in delivering complex technical solutions that enhance survivor safety, streamline emergency response, and strengthen interagency collaboration. Ms. Kohler has been recognized for her ability to bridge technical expertise with trauma-informed implementation, working closely with law enforcement, victim service providers, city technology offices, and community partners to ensure the program operates smoothly and responsively. Her leadership includes developing training frameworks, establishing data-protection policies, and creating performance metrics to maintain system reliability and survivor trust. She has extensive experience presenting on topics related to the ecosystem of technology, victim services, public safety and violence. Ms. Kohler has advanced training in victim services, as well as a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
