David is Director of Product Security for L3Harris' Public Safety and Professional Communications sector, where he leads efforts to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of the company's product portfolio. With nearly 30 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, he brings deep expertise across a wide range of environments, including large-scale enterprise systems, globally distributed data collection networks, and public safety communications systems. David holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Business and Organizational Security, and maintains industry certifications including CISSP-ISSAP and CISM.
