Jennifer Jones, Sr Dir, Business Ops, NA Managed & Support Services, Motorola Solutions
Jennifer serves as the Senior Director of Business Operations for North America Managed & Support Services. She leads multiple teams including Service Partner Program, Services Training, and Cybersecurity Operations. Most recently, her team has been working to address technician workforce gaps in the critical communications field. She has a Bachelor of Science in Pre-medicine from Xavier University, a MBA from Regis University, and served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps and Psychological Operations.
