With more than 20 years’ experience in the satellite communications industry across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Neil has been at the forefront of satellite technology and applications. His career spans from the early development of L-band networks - designing integrated solutions for Thuraya and Inmarsat - to pioneering Satellite PTT networks that interconnect P25 and DMR systems. In 2015, Neil founded Wireless Innovation in Australia, which grew rapidly through the delivery of large, statewide agency contracts. In 2021, the company rebranded as Hypha and evolved into the Hypha Group, now operating across Australia and the United States. To date, Hypha has successfully deployed more than 3,000 mobile satellite systems for government agencies and has interconnected multiple statewide cores to its Satellite PTT solution via ISSI. That same year, Hypha became a manufacturer of the award-winning Hypha Mesh products for public safety and, more recently, a reseller of SpaceX business-grade high-performance antennas. Neil is the Group CEO, Founder, and a Board Member.
