Travis Hull, Emergency Management Specialist Domain Lead, First Responder Network Authority
Travis Hull is the User Experience Domain Lead and Territories Lead within the Innovation and Investment Office at the First Responder Network Authority. In this role, his domain is focused on identifying, evaluating, and promoting innovative opportunities to enhance technologies used by first responders. Travis has also acted as the Product Team lead with a focus on broadband devices and applications, in addition to being the subject matter expert on unmanned aircraft systems. Travis is an active volunteer search and rescue canine handler since 2013, first with the San Diego Sheriff's Department and now in Kitsap County, Washington. He is currently a Chair and canine handler with the Kitsap County Search Dogs, deploying on search missions with his canine, Rip. In addition, he is an Operations Lead with the Washington Explorer Search and Rescue team.
