Carly brings over 19 years of experience in public safety, serving in roles from dispatcher to training supervisor across multiple New Mexico agencies. She holds a Bachelor's in Forensic Psychology and is a certified instructor with a passion for teaching and developing future 911 professionals. Carly has taught at CNM, the NM Law Enforcement Academy, and participated in statewide tactical training. Her specialties include crisis response, officer safety, legal liability, and emergency communications.
