Julie Gatzen is an NCC Operations Manager at Adesta, An Allied Universal Company, with 28 years of experience supporting the State of Connecticut’s Land Mobile Radio and NG911 Networks. She specializes in system monitoring, process implementation, operational efficiency, customer support, and communications. Julie leverages her expertise in leadership and change management to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly expanding network.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys golfing and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
