Ms. Fredrick is currently the Radio Services Coordinator for the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board (Minnesota), with nearly 20 years of government experience. She jumped into her role and quickly learned all aspects of managing a trunked radio system with both local, regional and statewide users and administrators, dealing with standards and protocols, grants and finance, and governing processes. She administers the MESB’s Radio Technical Operations Committee and the Communications Response Task Force. She actively represents the metro region on several committees and workgroups of the Minnesota Statewide Emergency Communications Board. She has also been a panelist and speaker at several conferences, including being a repeat speaker/panelist at the Women in Public Service Conference at Hamline University. In addition to her work, Ms. Fredrick holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice and Human Services.
