James Francisco is an Engineering Manager at Adesta with more than 20 years of experience spanning unified communications, telecommunications, networking, cybersecurity, LMR, and large-scale system monitoring. He began his career as a U.S. Army radio operator and later supported major public-sector communications modernization initiatives, including Connecticut’s microwave backbone migration from TDM to Ethernet and the configuration and monitoring of statewide MPLS networks. James specializes in keeping mission-critical communications stable under real-world conditions by strengthening monitoring, alerting, and incident response. He brings a practical perspective on LMR system monitoring, including how disciplined visibility and escalation practices help detect issues early, reduce time-to-repair, and prevent small faults from becoming major outages.
