Michael Finch, Chief Information Officer, Lane County Department of Technology Services
Mike Finch started his work with Lane County as a lead senior programmer and analyst in 2003. Since then, he has served in the roles of Technical Supervisor Countywide Applications and Enterprise Applications Manager. In early 2014, he became the Interim Chief Information Officer. In the Fall of 2014, he was appointed to his current position as the Chief Information Officer for Lane County.
