Colin Erard, Founder, Sport and Major Events Readiness
Colin founded Sport and Major Events Readiness, a consultancy that helps organizations prepare for and deliver successful and impactful global events. He brings over six years of experience in operational readiness and learning, having worked with senior decision-makers across various events and host cities, from strategy to planning to delivery, to ensure the full realization of their vision and objectives.
Recently, Colin was embedded in the COP28 organization as an operational readiness consultant, where he developed and facilitated a comprehensive testing program involving the United Nations, UAE Leadership, and various delivery partners. Previously, Colin led operational readiness planning at the International Olympic Committee.
