Jimmy English, Director of Federal Public Safety, has been with Verizon for more than 28 years. His extensive experience includes roles in both the consumer group and the public sector where he currently leads a nationwide team of public safety experts responsible for partnering with federal public safety and national security agencies to deliver transformational solutions that help modernize and safeguard critical infrastructure and enable federal partners to achieve their mission. A graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy, his team works closely with Verizon’s partners in public safety, and serves as trusted advisors to federal agencies as they implement their technological vision. They also work with public safety partners to help them take advantage of the transformational possibilities enabled by the speed, reliability and capacity of Verizon 5G.
