Sean has over 35 years’ experience in the design, implementation, maintenance, and repair of LMR and Microwave Systems. For the last decade he has been involved as in the procurement, site development, project management and implementation as the Technical Lead for the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network (PSERN) Project. The $273 Millon project was comprised of over 60 urban, rural, and off grid sites, 15 dispatch centers and approximately 19,000 subscriber units and went live in 2023. Recently he transitioned to the PSERN Operator serving in the capacity of Engineering Manager .
