Sean Douglas, PSERN Engineering Manager, Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network
Sean has over 35 years' experience in the design, implementation, maintenance, and repair of LMR and Microwave Systems. For the last decade he was involved as in the procurement, site development, project management and implementation as the Technical Lead for the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network (PSERN) Project. The $273 Millon project was comprised of over 60 urban, rural, and off grid sites, 15 dispatch centers and approximately 19,000 subscriber units and went live in 2023. Currently he serves as the Puget Sound Emergency Radio System Engineering Manager. Chair of the Motorola Trunked Users Group Training and Development Committee. Past APCO Local Frequency Advisor Eastern Washington Past President of the Motorola Trunked Users Group 10 years as a volunteer Search and Rescue member 5 years as a Resident Firefighter / EMT-B
