Sherri Bush is experienced in public policy, governance and funding modeling and development, strategic planning facilitation and in the procurement and implementation of automated systems. Sherri has managed, conducted and implemented dozens of consolidated multi-jurisdictional, multi-agency 9-1-1 communications centers and provided strategic planning guidance, public policy change mediator and public safety technology and operations centric consulting services. She possesses extensive experience in specification and procurement support for automated systems and project management for successful implementation, PSAP management, facility design input, operations and technology, with substantial experience in the consolidation of communications centers, staffing and organizational assessments. She has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all communications-related technology including: E9-1-1 IP-capable phone systems, CPE and network; GIS/Mapping, CAD, RMS, JMS/CMS, MCT/MDT, radio systems (800 MHz, VHF, UHF), wireless, VoIP. Project Management experience has also included voice/data interoperability planning, ESInet and NG9-1-1 requirements definition, procurement and implementation.
