Kenneth Brown, USFS Telecommunications Specialist Retired, Consultant
Kenneth Brown is a retired Forest Service telecommunications specialist and a U.S. Army veteran, where he served for 27 years and retired at the rank of Master Sergeant. Following his military and Forest Service careers, he worked as a consultant with CRB Services and Technologies, collaborating with the military, Forest Service, Secret Service, and other organizations to improve interoperability between military helicopters and civilian dispatchers during wildfire suppression. Even in retirement, Kenneth continues to dedicate his expertise through volunteer work with the Utah Army National Guard, P25, Intermountain Medical Center helicopters, and multiple state agencies including the California, Colorado, Idaho, and Nevada National Guards, as well as Cal Fire. His efforts focus on frequency management and optimizing helicopter communications to support fire suppression and emergency response.
