Tom Brinkoetter's extensive knowledge in the field of RF Test and Measurement comes from over 40 years' experience at HP, Tektronix and Anritsu. He has been a consistent contributor on test and measurement at IWCE and APCO conferences. He is the author of Interference Hunting with the Anritsu Field Master Pro MS2090A and is a trainer for Anritsu on Interference hunting and PIM measurements. He is also a trainer for Motorola on the S412E LMR Master. He has a BSEE from the University of Illinois and Masters from Stanford University.
