Paul Braunstein, Sales Manager – Public Sector / FirstNet (OR & WA), FirstNet
With 28 years at AT&T, Paul Braunstein leads the Public Sector sales team supporting Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. In his role as Lead Manager, he drives regional strategy, supports frontline teams, and ensures alignment across AT&T’s public sector initiatives, with a strong focus on advancing the mission of FirstNet.
As one of the earliest members of the FirstNet team in the West, Paul helped establish key relationships and led education and engagement efforts with public safety leaders and the Governors of Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Idaho. He continues to serve as a primary AT&T liaison to state and local public safety agencies, including emergency management and SWIC offices in Oregon and Washington.
Throughout his career, Paul has held roles of increasing responsibility across several AT&T technical organizations and is known for his leadership, collaboration, and commitment to public safety. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Portland State University. Outside of work, Paul, his wife Christine, and their two daughters enjoy supporting local community events, and Paul volunteers locally as a health and wellness advocate.
