Jessica provides the Texas Department of Public Safety with reliable and innovative computing, communications, and technology-related services, solutions, and support, including cybersecurity, system and network operations, application development and configuration, data management and analytics, and digital transformation and automation. Oversees the agency’s strategic roadmap and collaborates with the leadership team to develop plans to improve processes, services, business operations, technological capabilities, interoperability, and information analysis and sharing, agency-wide and externally. Responsible for the statewide interoperability program.
