This session will discuss the role of Sinch to support highly-available NG911 Core Services and peripheral NG911 applications. This includes emerging technologies such as Real-Time Text (RTT) and identifying fake 9-1-1 calls (swatting), and using STIR/SHAKEN methods to identify and mitigate the growing threat to Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs). The session will also dig into the necessary robust network infrastructure used to support carrier (OSP) connections when processing the NG911 call as well as relying on this infrastructure for handling future growth and demands on the NG911 network and emerging applications.
